Rev. Dr. Caesar R. Richburg is the Senior Pastor at Bethel A.M.E. Church and a GROW board member. He grew up in Sumter and credits a caring teacher with pointing him on the path to college. Dr. Richburg is a true champion for public education, and he believes leadership is essential to building a stronger Richland One.
